Being under contract with TXDOT gave Kelli the permission to utilize their logo in marketing the CD.
The Song was on the TOP 10 playlist Australia, HOT COUNTRY; on 200 stations in TEXAS, very BIG in POLAND and topped
      INTERNATIONAL CHARTS at # !

As a part of the her contract Kelli was requested to write a marketing slogan for the Texas Department of Transportation Litter campaign that was not infringeing on the established,
"Don't Mess With Texas".
